Please wait for 24 working hours for payment to reflect in customer’s account. After 24 working hours, please raise a complaint under ‘Complaint & Enquiry’ section in the portal.

How many days prior of due date I need to pay the electricity bill?

You need to pay at least 2 days’ prior to the due date.

What is maximum amount of electricity bill I can pay?

There is no limit for Electricity Bill but if the bill amount is above 50k PAN card is required.

What customer details are required for electricity bill payment?

Customer Mobile Number, Biller name / location & Consumer number.
